(PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Napier, February 13. Judgment was to-day given fcy the Native Lands Court at Hastings on the ownership of the famous Omaha block, over which there have been so many disturbances and even bloodshed. It was for alleged trespass on this bioek that Turanga Karnuria, brother of Airini Donnelly, was shot by Waatara Wi, oue of Broughton’s Natives, who c'aimed the ownership under the will of Renata Ivawepo. After an inve tigation extending over several months, the Court has given judgment almost entirely in favour of Airini Donnelly and her people.
