DISTINGUISHED VISITORS.

(per press association. ) Nelson, February 6, The Earl and Countess of Kintore, Colonel Gardener and party arrived in Nelson late this afternoon, having travelled overland from the West Coast. They were met at Belgrove by the Primate and Mrs Suter, but no public demonstration was made. His Excellency and party spoke highly of their journey, aud were also pleased with the accommodation on the road. The whole party ]e f t by the Rotorua for Wellington at 9 o’clock.
