Co’s ss Takapuna left Onehunga at 2.40 p.m. on the Bth, New Plymouth at 3.15 pm on the 9th, Nelson at 4.20 pm on the 10th, called at Picton, and arrived here at 7.15 am yesterday. Fine weather was experienced to Nelson, theaoe strong south-west winds with heavy sea till arrival. She sailed for Lyttelton yesterday afternoon. ARRIVAL OF THE BARQUE TEOCLE, FROM NEW YORK. The American barque Teocle, Captain Maresta, arrived in harbour Wednesday afternoon from New York after a passage of 139 days. She left New York on the 21st February, and experienced some very adverse weather, which accounted for the long voyage. She was berthed at the wharf yesterday, and commenced discharging forthwith, Messrs W. and G. Turnbull and Co are her agents.
