THE CHARITABLE AID BILL.
(per press association.) Napier, July 8. The Charitable Aid Board met this afternoon, the country being well represented. A motion condemning the Charitable Aid and Hospitals Bill was unanimously passed. The Borough Council held a lengthy special meeting to-night to consider the same question, and also passed a unanimous resolution to the same qffeet.
