REWARD—(I) As a disinfectant, sprinkle a few drops about the room and on the patient’s bed ; should be used freely in cases of contagion, such as Scarlet Fever, &c. To prevent annoyance from Flies or Mosquitoes, put a little on the forehead and back of the hands. It is also curative for stings of any insects. Waller s Refined Extract of Eucalyptus Globulus—(2) For External applications in cases of Cuts, Bruisos, Old Sores, and for Rheumatism, Sciatica, Lumbago, and Inflammation derived from any cause, take one part of the Extraot to one part of Olive Oil, apply on lint to the part affected, or use gentle friction. (The Extract maybe used without oil if preferred.) Waller’s Kefined Extract of Eucalyptus Globulus - (3) For Earache, same proportions as above. Apply on piece of wool in the ear, rubbing a little of mixture behind the oar. Waller’s Kefined Extract of Eucalyptus Globulus —(4) For Toothache, put the pure Extract on a piece of wool into hollow tooth, applying a little of the Extract at the same time to the gums in the vicinity of the tooth affected. Waller’s Refined Extract of Eucalyptus Globulus (5) For Bronchitis, Asthma, Whooping Cough, Diphtheria, Croup, and Affections o f the Chest, proceed as follows Put twentydrops of the Extract into a jug of hot water, and let the patient inhale the steam, apply mixture as in No. 2, to the Cheat and down the Spine, giving Adults three drops of the Extract on a piece of sugar internally every three hours until relieved; for children proceed as above, giving oue drop of the Extract internally. Waller’s Refined Extract of Eucalyptus Globulus—(6) For Colic, Spasms, Diarrhoea, Flatulency, Dysenl ery, for Adults, three drops on a piece of sugar ; for Children, one drop of the Extract every three hours, rubbing the mixture, as in No 2, on theseat of pain Waller’s Refined Extract of Eucalyplus Globulus—(7) For Headache, rub a few drops of the Extract on the temples and forehead, taking three drops on sugar every two hours.
