The U.S.S. Co’s as Rotorua arrived here at 3-20 am yesterday. She left Onehunga at 10 am on the 18th, and arrived at New Plymouth at 1 am on the 19tb, sailed at 11 am, arriving here as above. The Rotorua nailed at 9 am yesterday for Nelson direct. The « Orowaiti left Westport at 10 30 pm cn the 18th, experienced westerly gales, which caused her to put in at Rangitoto, where she anchored for five hours. After leaving Rangitoto she had head wind and thick weather to arrival at 5.30 am yesterday. She returns to-day. DEPARTURE OF THE R.M.S. AORANGI. The New Zealand Shipping Company’s ft.M-S. Aorangi left last evening for London, via Aladeira and New Plymouth. Her passenger accommodation was well token up, considering the time of the year. She had a good cargo of frozen meat as well as general goods.
