MORE TROUBLE AT THE AUCKLAND ASYLUM.
(UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Auckland, April 21. There are fresh troubles at the Asylum. Some of the attendants have made charges as to an alleged negleot of a patient named John McGarry. The Visiting Justices took notes of the evidence, and these, with their report, will be forwarded to the Colonial Secretary, The Justices, chough reticent as to their action, it is stated consider the charges trivial, and that they have not been established. One attendant with 15 years’ service has been discharged ; another had been discharged previously.
