By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. (REUTER’S TELEGRAMS.) Melbourne, April 27. Her Majesty’s troopship Tyne, bound for Sydney ivith relief crews, has been sighted at Wilson’s Promontory flying a flag showing she is disabled. She has apparently been in collision with a rock or wreckage. H.M. surveying vessel Myrmidon is in attendance, and there appears nd immediate danger to the Tyne. Sydney, April 28. A Bill has been introduced in Parliament for the creatiou of a sixth Judgeship. The Minister of Justice is about to introduce a Bill prohibiting sweeps and race consultations. The Premier has telegraphed to the Conference delegates that he is prepared to submit the Imperial defence proposals to Parliament. H.M. troopship Tyne has passed Green Cape flying a flag at half-mast. The nature of the accident is as yet unknown.
