Stavelev) as followsAt the Addington yards to-day there was the average entry of cattle, and an excessive supply of pigs. About eight thousand sheep* Demand for fat cattle has improved. Bullocks, L 6 to L 8; cows, L 4 5s to L 6; being 16s to 19s per 1001 b. Store cattle almost unsaleable; fat sheep quiet but good demand, prime quality. Best crossbred wethers, 8s to 11s; medium and ewes, 5s 6d. to 7s; ordinary and inferior, 4s to ss; merino wether*, 3s 6d. Mutton, Id to lfd per lb. Store porkers, 21s to 32s ; store pigs, lls to 15s. Best bullocks are selling at L 65s to L 7 15s; one pen to L 8 12s 6d; light and medium quality, L 3 103 to L 5 15s. Beef, 15s to 17s 6d for 1001 b. Sheep —3016. Best crossbreds, 6s to 9s; ordinary to good, 2s 6d to 53 9d. Merino wethers, 4s. Mutton, gd to l£d per lb. 611 lambs brought 4s 6d to 7s. 460 pigs ; suckers, 33 6d to 6s 6d; stores, lls to 193; porkers, 203 to 265; baconers, 30s to 425.
