EXPLOSION IN FRANCE.
By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright, (reuter’s telegrams.) Paris, March 10A serious explosion took place today at Belfort during a series of experiments with the new explosive melinite. Six of the soldiers engaged in making the experiments were killed and eleven wounded.
