SYDNEY BUTTER MARKET.
(UNITED press association,) New Plymouth, February 3. A butter dealer at Sydney, writing to a local trader, under date 19th January, states that colonial South Coast (Illawarra) butter is shill coming forward owing to abundance of food, but the quality is not good—it ia becoming pale and cheesy.
