W.R.C. SUMMER MEETING. First Day. (from our own correspondent.) Hutt Racecourse, February 3, 1.40 p.m. The weather is fine for the races, and the attendance is pretty large, there being now about a thousand people on the course. The first raoe was the Telegraph Stakes, three quarters of a mile, which was won easily by the Masterton horse, Messrs Lowes and Thompson’s Little Scrub, with Teddy Yuile second, and Shah third. Time, lmin 17sec. Dividend, £9. 2.40 p.m. The Two-Year-Old Stakes was won by the favorite Crutchfield; Rose and Black, 2; Lorraine, 3. 3.20 p.m. Hurdle Race. Kingask, 1 j Master Agnes, 2 ; Orient, 3.
