RISING IN AFGHANISTAN.

By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. (reuter’s telegrams.) Calcutta, January 31. News has been received from Afghanistan that the Durani tribes, incited by the Governor of Candahar, attacked the British station fat Kalaabdula, near the Khojak Pass. In the conflict the Khan of Kalaabdula and 100 coolies were killed. The insurgents afterwards destroyed the telegraph lines.
