THE RADICAL REFORM LEAGUE.

(UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Auckland,' January 11. At a meeting of members of the New Zealand Radical Reform League a letter was read from Sir Robert Stout acknowledging receipt of a communication from the League, asking the Ministry to take action to abolish or reform the Upper House. The letter was received, but the Association expressed regret that their communication had not extracted an expression of opinion from the hon gentleman. It was resolved that the Association appoint a committee to consider the general subject of legislative and other public expenditure, and bring up a report thereon at an early date.
