A RUNHOLDERS’ GRIEVANCE.
(united press association.) Christchurch, November 24. The runholders to the north of the Waiau complain bitterly of the fact that the whole district has been declared to be infected with scab. They say that the proclaimed area, 70 miles in length, is of unreasonable extent, and includes runs which are securely fenced and free from scab, yet they will be prohibited from selling their sheep during the season.
