THE TIM.ARU POISONING CASE.

An impression has got abroad that the sentence for the term of his natural life passed on Hail means something different from imprisonment for life. The Attorney General dates that men is not the case, and that the sentence means ‘2O years, which will he reduced by good conduct. No decision has been come to yet regarding a prosecution on the charge of poisoning Captain Cain. October 23.
It is understood that the Crown Prosecutor intends to enter a nolle prosequi iu Hall’s forgery cases. /
