SUDDEN DEATH IN COURT.

(united press association.) Dunedin, October 5. ■ Just as the Deputy-Registrar of tho Supreme Court, Mr A. D. Harvey, was abont leaving the Court he was observed to fall down, and on the Registrar going to his assistance he expired almost immediately. A blood vessel having burst was the cause of death. The Courtroom was covered with blood.
