(beuteb’s TELEGRAMS.) Constantinople, August 4. The statement that Amed Mouktar Pasha would shortly proceed to Armenia to assume command of the Turkish forces was premature. It is now stated that he will for the present remain in Eygpt as Turkish Special Commissioner. Constantinople, August 9. Two Turkish Army Corps have been despatched to Macedonia.
