A LIBEL ACTION.

Some time ago there appeared a paragraph in the World to the effect that Mr W. W. Dundas, brother of Lord Melville was slowly dying, etc., and generally making allusious that were not complimentary. Mr Dundas intends taking proceedings against the proprietors of the World, in the shape of a libel action, in order to convince them • that he is not dead, and resents the remarks which were made about him.
