Complaints have been made to us that the railway authorities, in spite of the explicit terms of their advertisements, refused to issue excursion tickets to Wellington by the evening train from Wairarapa. In the face of the official notifications this, in the absence of any satisfactory explanation, seems a clear breach of faith with the public.
