GIGANTIC HARBOR PLANS.
(united press association.) Auckland, May 8. Mr McGregor, engineer to the Harbor Board, has prepared a report on harbor works with plans. The plan provides for a complete scheme of works for further develop, rntne. The whole is estimated to cost £1 167,747, an d provides berthage for six and a-half miles wharf frontage.
