Wednesday, May 12. (Before His Honor Mr Justice Richmond.) EXAMINATIONS. Bankruptcies were declared closed iu reJames Sim, E. H. Banks, G. W. Ewart, W. Hunter, T. Igoe, J. H. Wallace and Co., W.. Wood, Peter Hausen aud J. F. Kuch. FOR DISCHARGE. Re Amelius Morland Smith.—No opposition. Mr Fitzherbert for the defence. Order granted. Re T. J. Bell.—Mr Izard, on behalf of—'opposing creditors ; Mr Jellicoe for the ' debtor. Re W, E. Teague.—Mr Treadwell stated that an arrangement had been come to by which the bankrupt agreed to pay out of his pension, £2 12s 6d each month until a dividend of 5s in the £1 was paid. An order was granted, pubject to this arrangement. Orders of discharge were granted to C. A. Fairlie, J. W. Shakes, and Richard Wm. Hugh.
