Sir Andrew Olarke adds that Sir Dillon Bell, Agent-General for New Zealand, has refused to co-operate further with him in consequence of latest instructions received from the Government of New Zealand. The Premier of Victoria is in consequence communicating with Mr Stout on the subject. Messrs Howard Smith and Sons will despatch the steamer Gambier on the 18th May from Melbourne for Cambridge Gulf, which is the port for the Kimberley goldfields. Melbottbne, May 12.
