The police are pursuing an important clue to the identity of the men who were engaged in the dynamite outrages at Westminster and the Tower of London, and eight persons are now being closely watched. Washington, January 26. In the Senate to-day a resolution expressing abhorrence of the dynamite outrages, recently perpetrated in London, was passed.
