Cornish boiler, 16 h.p. stationary engine, made by Mr D. Murray, of Wanganui, on. the latest improved principles, two pair of 42in French burrs, silk dresser, cooler, patent lifts, and all the latest improvements in the way of laborsaving machinery usually found in the best mills of the day. It was built about four years ago, and has been well looked after, and is in thorough working order. The engine supplies itself from a never-failing spring of water,, and there is an abundant supply of firewood within a short distance of the property, and it is estimated that about 100,000 bushels of wheat will be gathered this harvest in the immediate vicinity of the . mill, which is situated in the Township of Stinson, and will be within a rjuarter of a mile of the Foxton and Sanson Failway Station. , The above should prove a splendid investment to anyoue lucky enough to be the purchaser. . . , Possession can be given on the Ist lYLarcn next.
