Wednesday, February 5. (Before His Honor the Chief Justice and Mr. Justice Richmond.) HENDERSON V. HENDERSON. Mr. Bell for plaintiff and Mr. Chapman for defendant. By consent to stand over till after vacation. NATHAN V. NATHAN. Mr. Hutchison for defendant, Mr. Bell for plaintiff. Order made that the suit stand dismissed if the plaintiff does not go to trial at next sitting 3 at Wanganui. SINCLAIR V. DANIELS. Mr. Conolly for plaintiff, Mr. Bell for defendant. Mr. Bell moved to dissolve an injunction obtained in this suit. After hearing argument of counsel, the Court intimated that it would probably give its decision next Wednesday.
