M'Kellae. —On the sth March, on board the ship Bury St Edmunds, near the Island of St Helena, on his voyage home, Captain Duncan E, M'Kellar, late of tbe Panama Company, and deeply regretted by a large circle of friends in Wellington. Tolley. —On the 13th July, at his residence, Willis street, after a lingering illness, Mr John Tolley, aged 64 years. Hadeieid —On the sth instant, on board the Halcione, in latitude 44deg 25min longitude, 151 deg 30mim east, Edith Maria, the " beloved wife of Alexander John Hadfield, and second daughter of Colonel Hadfield, of Ockbrook, Derby, aged 24. Collier. —On Monday, 14th July, at. her residence, Karori, Mrs Elizabeth Collier, widow of the late Mr George Collier, aged 74 years.
