My Brown & Campbell, On THIS DAY the 19th of March, 1842, at Wood's Hotel, at 1 o'clock, p.m., the undermentioned valuable property, belonging to W, Spain, Esq.,—parted with on account of his official duties requiring his immediate departure for Port Nicholson, FAVORITE, an Entire Horse in the sixth cros-j sing of thorough bred English blood Horses he is by "Cornwall." his dam by " Workingham," granddam by "Clinker," great grand dam by "Pompey;'' foaled on the 15th October, 1838. " Favorite" can be seen at Wood's Stables, and his pedigree is in the hands of the Auctioneers. A well bred MILCH COW, in calf; her Bull Calf, about three months old; a HEIFER, in calf; 12 CAPE SHEEP ; a Double barrelled Gun; a most complete and valuable Chest of CARPENTERS' TOOLS. The "Victoria Coffee House," situated in Chancery-street and corner of Field's-lane. An allotment of ground, adjoining the above, in Field's lane, 26 feet by 40. On this allotment there is an excellent weather-boarded house of three rooms, at present let for 255. per week, a Rapoo house let for 9s. per week. 3.
