To the Inhabitants of Auckland and its Visitors* Wretlericlz Smyth EGS to acquaint Gentlemen, that the AUCKLAND COFFEE & BOARDING HOUSE will open on Monday next; when F.S. will be happy to "accommodate them with Tea, Coffee, Ham, and Chops, at all hours of the day. Soups at 1 o'clock, Good Beds for Visitors. BOAE3ING and LOPGING HOUSE. LOWER QUEEN-STHEET, THE BEST SITUATION IN THE TOWN. FREDERICK SMYTH intimates to respectable Mechanics, newly arrived Emigrants, and others, that he has opened eligible premises, situated in lower Queen-street, within one minutes walk of the principal landing place, as a Boarding and Lodging house, where a good table will be always set forth, with every comfort and accomodation. The Rooms (which are lined), have been fitted up with entirely new beds, furniture, &c, rushed without reference 1 to expense. Those who desire the .comforts of the domestic fireside, with the accomodations of a House of Entertainment, will have their wishes gratified by a resort to his Establishment. The house is 20 feet by 30, subdivided into four good rooms, and has a brick chimney ; it is at present let for £123 10s. per annum. 2. An allotment of ground, adjoining the above, in Field's lane, 26 feet by 40. On this allotment there is an excellent weather-boarded house of three rooms, at present let for 255. per week, and a Rapoo house let for 9s. per week. 3. An allotment in Chancery-street,\ on which is erected a Rapoo house at present let for 10s. per week. 4. Two allotments at the back of Mr. Carnegie's Store, in Shorthand Crescent, 30 feet by 30. 5.
