An allotment in West Queen-street, 20 feet > frontage and 60 deep ; one half of the allotment is let to Mr. Gill, watchmaker, for 7 years, (who is to erect a house worth £2OO on said allotment within 2 years) at a yearly rent of £'26: on the other half of the allotment there is an excellent Rapoo house, let for 14s. per week. / An Allotment of Land to be had at EPSOM for Ten Pounds.
