- Race Dinners. —We learn that the Stewards fdr the Auckland Races, have arranged, that, on the evenings of the two days on which the races fake place—the fifth and sixth of January next — they and their friends will dine at Wood’s Royal Hotel. And on the Evenings previous to the races, a dinner on an extensive scale will be provided for those attending the Betting Rooms, at Watson’s Exchange Hotel, where all bets made, will be duly registered in the betting book. A Tdble Hote will be open each Evening of the races, at Watson’s said rooms for the convenience of the inhabitants of the Town generally.
