T THE undersigned would not have published the Notice which appeared in the Auckland Herald of the 2nd and 6th of October, if he had not been satisfied that such an intimation to the public was required for his own protection; and he again cautions the Public not to give credit to the representations of Mr. John H. Thomson, as the undersigned will not in any way be answerable for any liabilities that may be contracted by that individual. I, the undersigned, also give notice, that the said John H. Thomson has no power whatever to dispose of goods in my Store, and that he has no authority whatever to receive any payment for any goods that may already be purchased there. JAMES O'BRIEN 7 CROKER.
