MOSCOW TALKS DETAILS CLEARED UP NO SECRET AGREEMENTS By Telegraph—Prrss Association— Copyrighf. '(Herd: 1.30 a.m.) MOSCOW, Dec. 27 The Foreign Ministers' Conference ended at 3 a.m. Moscow time. The final session lasted 12 hours, and the Ministers cleared up every detail. The United States Secretary of State, Mr Byrnes, before lea\ nig for the airport at 7.150 a.m. declared the conference had been very constructive, not only because man) (problems had been settled, but because of the cordial iclations (between the three countries lcpiesented. Mr Byrnes added: "There is gioat liope for the settlement of other problems in the same friendly way. "There was no agreement on any subject which will not be covered by the communique," Mr l>yrnes said. He added that he explained this point "because some people are always anxious to know it' there were secret agreements.
