Public Notice is Hereby Given that it Is the intention of the Raglan County Council, in pursuance and exercise of the -powers conferred on it by the "Counties Act, 1920," and the "Local Bodies Loans Act, 1926," and amendments thereof respectively, to raiso a Special Loan of thirty thousand pounds (£30,000) for tho purpose of purchasing plant. Tiio proposed security for the payment of interest, sinking: fund and other charges on tho said Loan is a Special Rate of .726 of a penny in tho pound (.7'2(jd in tho £) upon the Rateable Value (on the basis of the Unimproved Value) of all rateable property in the County of Raglan. It is proposed to make such Loan repayable in seven (7) years by equal half-yearly instalments of principal and interest.
