Public Notice is Hereby Given that it Is the intention of the Raglan County Council, in pursuance and exercise of the -powers conferred on it by the "Counties Act, 1920," and the "Local Bodies Loans Act, 1926," and amendments thereof respectively, to raiso a Special Loan of thirty thousand pounds (£30,000) for tho purpose of purchasing plant. Tiio proposed security for the payment of interest, sinking: fund and other charges on tho said Loan is a Special Rate of .726 of a penny in tho pound (.7'2(jd in tho £) upon the Rateable Value (on the basis of the Unimproved Value) of all rateable property in the County of Raglan.
