NO CEASE FIRE YET - WARNING BY JAPANESE (Reed. 6.30 p.m.) NEW YORK, Aug. 'JI The Singapore radio (Japanese) states that the cease fire order has not yet been issued in the Asiatic southern regions, therefore any Allied air, sea or land approach might lead to an unfortunate incident. Perfect peace and order are being maintained in Singapore, where the Japanese forces are bearing the entire responsibility for the safety of the public. Every possible effort is being made to carry out the Emperor's wishes, adds the radio, but it is learned that fighting spirit and morale have been kept at the highest pitch throughout, from officers down to privates. An Imperial emissary bearing the Emperor's orders arrived at Japanese headquarters today. The Tokyo radio has made a special appeal to Kamikaze (suicide) pilots to cease operations. The Manila correspondent of the New York Times says the broadcast clearly disclosed that Kamikaze pilots so far have defied the Emperor,
