DEPORTATION ORDER

SEAMEN WHO MISSED SHIP Two seamen, William Henrv Nelson, aged 29, and Johan Bernard Johansson, aged 4'), pleaded guilty before Mr F. H. Levien. S.M., yesterday, to a charge of unlawfully entering New Zealand without a permit. The controller of customs stated that the men wore missing from their ship when it was due to sail. They had no permit to stay in the country and accordingly he asked that they be deported. The magistrate made an order for their deportation and said that in the meantime they would have to stay in gaol. They would be sent away on the first available ship.
