QO Canadian troops of tlie Eighth Army in Italy, pushing beyond Ravenna on the Adriatic coast, have occupied a small town and are now within two miles of the next important one, Alfonsine. The Eighth Army now holds a front of 19 miles on the Senio River, apa'ri from a German pocket of about three miles between our two strong-points of Faenza and Bagnocavallo.
