The final gubernatorial standings are expected to be: 1 Democrats, 25; Republicans, 23. This compares with 26 RepubliI cans and 22 Democrats before the election. The complete election picture will not be known until I December 5, when the final Service votes are counted. Isolated m tallies indicate that members of the Services are voting for Mr 1 Roosevelt in the proportion ojf five to three. The New York i Times says that Mr Roosevelt's decisive victory has removed the possibility that the outcome might hinge on the soldiers' vote in jome of the 11 States that have delayed the counting of their war ballots. Partial returns from other States which have counted their war ballots have made it clear that the votes of men and I women in the Services will be a strong factor in building up Mr I Roosevelt's final majority. ■ j
