Applications must be made on prescribed form and lodged with Transport Licensing Authorities at Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin as case may be. Forms obtainable from bona fide New Truck Dealers and Transport Licensing Authorities. Separate applications necessary in respect of each new truck required. Applicants who have made previous applications must lodge fresh applications on prescribed form.
