RESTITUTION ORDER An order for restitution of conjugal rights was sought by. Walter Ernest Brian Dunningham. farmer (Mr. F. C. Jordan), against Viola Maureen Dunningham ' before Mr. Justice Johnston yesterday. The petitioner said they were married in June, 1929, and had one child. They had had differences, and their married life had not been happy for some months. In September last his wife refused to live with him. The present petition was not intended as a quick way to divorce. His Honor said the petitioner had come, near to making him suspect that the petition was a quick means of getting divorce. He would make an order directing the wife to return within 14 days.
