' FORECAST FOR AUCKLAND STRONG WINDS AND SOME RAIN The Government meteorologist issued to the Hehald last evening the following iorecast for the Auckland Province up to 5 p.m. to-day:—Easterly winds, becoming strong in exposed positions; weather cloudy to overcast with occasional rain north of Auckland and slowly extending southwards, especially to eastern districts, temperatures mild.
