TROTTING BREVITIES NEWS FROM ALL SOURCES The New Zealand Trottinz Association has complimented the Metropolitan Trotting Club on the action in reducing entrance and acceptance fees for the majority of the events on the Easter programme to % per cent. Some members expressed the opinion that clubs which provide classic races might also consider a reduction of the fees. Realising that restricted opportunities are afforded owners and trainers at the present time, The New Zealand Metropolitan. Canterbury Park and New Brighton Trotting Clubs intend to hold a combined . non-totalisator meeting at an early date, offering good prizemoney. The novice trotter Hush, who yvas entered for the Auckland February, meeting but did not run, and has been entered for the meeting at Claudelauds on March 11, is a four-year-old gelding by Swordsman from.
