UNDEFENDED CASES Six undefended divorce petitions were granted by Mr. Justice Fair yesterday. On the ground of separation for more than three years, decrees nisi were granted to Ellen Eva Lowndes (Mr. R. S. Burt) against Leonard Hilton Lowndes, and to Nora Myrtle Boreham (Mr. R. S. Burt) against Lewis Godfried Boreham. Adultery having been proved against the respondent, decrees nisi were granted to -Kobiri Hamilton Kendall Thomson (Mr. Winstone) against Alison Mary Patricia Thomson and Alexander Graham Billings Foster; and to Robert William Stephen Ballantyne (ilr. Akierton), against Olive Florence Balaantyne (Mr. G. Skeiton) and Herbert Morgan (Mr. G. Skeiton). A decree nisi was granted to Arthur Alexander Duncan (Mr. Winstone) against Agnes -Mabel Duncan on the ground of desertion. The respondent having failed to comply ■*'ith an order for the restitution of conjugal ripts, 3 decree nisi was granted to Cyril Clarence Hamilton-Irvine (Mr. Holmden) •gainst Iris Vendolyne Hamilton-Irvine.
