' The boarding-up of shelter sheds to keep nocturnal visitors out has been found necessary at a centrally-situated school. Elsewhere boards were hailed up to prevent entry to a building but were later found removed. In certain cases window-panes have been broken by those illegally entering school buildings at night. Classrooms have occasionally been found by teachers in a disgusting state on their arrival in the mornings.
