GRAIN AND PRODUCE The following is the official market report of the Auckland Grain, Seed and Produce Merchants' Association: — Wheat.—Stocks arc now in fairly short supply and the inquiry is strong. Prices rango from *7s -Id to 7s fid a bushel. Maii-e.—Fair, stocks are held and these are meeting a ready sale at from 7s lid to 8s 2d for whole maize and Ss Id and 8s 4d a bushel for kibbled. _ Oats.—There, is a steady inquiry and the market is quiet. -Through store B Gartons are selling at 5s 2d to 5s fid a bushel. Chaff. —There is a good inquiry and the market is firm. Prices for G. 8.0.5. range from £ll 15s to £l2 15s a ton. Barley.—Stocks are moving out steadily at from fis 5d to 5s lid for M.I), and clipped and 5s to os Gd for undipped. Barleymeal.—There is a very strong demand. Prices are from £1 '2 10s to £l3 5s a ton. , Stockmeal. —Prices, which are only nominal. are from £ll 17s fid to £l2 2« 8d a ton.
