Public Notice is hereby given that at a Special Meeting ot the Mount Wellington Road Board convened for the purpose and held on the luui day of February, 1013, the following Resolution was passed and will he submitted for confirmation at the Ordinary Meeting of the Board to be held at Mount "Wellington the '23 rd day of March, 1013, at 7.30 p.m., in Hie Road Board Offices, Mount .Wellington Highway, Mount Wellington. The Mount Wellington Road Board, in pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon it by "The Road Boards Act, 3008" and its Amendments and in pursuance of every power and authority it thereunto enabling doth hereby make the following By-law:— (Here follows the By-law). The purport of the said By-law is to amend By-law Number 1, Part IV., in respect of buildings and to provide that all By-laws in force relating to the erection and use of buildings shall he read subject to the "New Zealand Standard Code of Building By-laws Parts 1.-VI " and in the event of conflict between the provisions of any such By-laws and the provisions of the "New Zealand Standard Code of Building By-laws Parts 1.-VI." the latter shall prevail.
