A Goods Transport Control Committee has been constituted under the above Regulations for the goods district described below (and hereinafter called "The Hamilton Goods District") and is in this notice called "the Committee." It is therefore now illegal for any person (subject, however, to any directions, general or special, given by the Committee) to carry any goods (other than stock) by motor vehicles for hire or reward within the Hamilton Goods District, except with the permission of the Committee. The Committee has decided and directed that for the present all persons affected by the above Regulations be permitted to carry on operations as heretofore, and without the necessity for application to the Committee for specific permission in that behalf.
