Reference to reports which had reached the Auckland Licensing Committee about the practice of licensees collecting drips from beer pumps and using the accumulated drippings at the end of the day to fill "square riggers" was made bv the chairman, Mr. J. H. Luxford, S.M., at the quarterly meeting of the committee. Mr. Luxford said that although waste was to be deplored, the practice was not fair salesmanship.
