RETURN TO CANADA

TRADE COMMISSIONER SPECIAL WAR POST Instructions have been received by the Canadian Trade Commissioner for New Zealand, Mr. W. F. Bull, to return to Canada as soon as possible to take up a special war post. During his absence Mr. Bull's post will bo filled by the present assistant-commissioner, Mr. C. B Birkett.

Mr. W. F. Bull Mr. Bull succeeded Mr. C. M. Croft as Canadian Trade Commissioner in 1937, Prior to that he was Canadian Trade Commissioner in the British West Indies for five years. He served previously lii New York for two years.
