ILLEGALLY AT RACES
Admitting a charge of trespassing on the Ellerslie racecourse, on December 1, Laura Frances Martin, married, appeared heforo Mr. J. H. Luxford, S.M.. yesterday. Detective-Sergeant Trethewey said defendant was fined last year for theft, and was in consequence forbidden to enter a racecourse. Defendant said she was unaware of the prohibition. She was convicted and discharged.
