CALL TO MELBOURNE
PRESBYTERIAN MINISTER [BT TELEGEAPH PRESS ASSOCIATION'] CHRISTCHURCH, Wednesday
The acceptance of a call to Toorak Church, Melbourne, by the Rev. Alan C. Watson, of St. Paul's Church, Christchurch, has been approved by the Christchurch Presbytery, o Mr. Watson, who'has befen minister of St. Paul's for the past TO years, '\stll go to one of the most important Presbyterian churches in Australia. He will succeed Dr. John McKenzie.
Tributes were paid to Mr. Watson's church and community service for the congregation of St. Paul's and regret was expressed at his departure. The Rev. J. Lawson Robinson was appointed interim moderator of St. Paul's.
